It's crucial to do a patch test before using our tea baths. Wet your tea bag and lay it on a part of your forearm. Leave it there for 5 minutes. This simple step can help prevent allergic reactions.
At Awwwl Sugar Sugar, our priority is ensuring every customer experiences complete satisfaction and safety. If, after taking a patch test, you experience an allergic reaction from the body confection you've purchased, rest assured that we will promptly replace it with a different fragrance or another confection.
To expedite the replacement process, simply send us a picture of your patch test. Please remember to contact us within 60 days of placing your order. To initiate the replacement of your body confection, contact us at cs@awwwlsugarsugar.com.
