Before using our bath soaks, please conduct a patch test. Wet the back of your hand and apply a small amount of the bath soak. Leave it there for 5 minutes. Then rinse your arm to check for any irritation, hives, bumps, or rashes.
At Awwwl Sugar Sugar, we prioritize ensuring every customer experiences complete satisfaction and safety. If you experience an allergic reaction from the body confection you've purchased after taking a patch test, rest assured that we will promptly replace it with a different fragrance or another confection.
Please send us a picture of your patch test to expedite the replacement process. Please remember to contact us within 60 days of placing your order. Contact us at cs@awwwlsugarsugar.com to initiate the replacement of your body confection."
